Telephone sessions (in a private and confidential setting) – Telephone counselling is popular for people who find it difficult with face to face interaction. These calls can be made in the comfort of your own homes.

Skype or video messaging – Video messaging can be beneficial for individuals residing in remote areas like Alderney.

Face to Face appointments – I will be offering monthly face to face session. These sessions will take place at the Mignot Hospital.
